how it works

Three moves. That's all of it.

01

Pick a template

Trade, tutor, trip, care… it comes pre-wired for the job. Takes about five seconds.

02

Send the link

Text it, email it, drop it in a DM. However you already share things.

03

Everyone lands, set up

They click and they're in — in a space already set up for the job. No account, nothing to install.

why this exists

Priya they're grey though. we said sage

Mia good call, grey would've fought the floor

Dev i'll ring them first thing

You know the thread. A dozen people on cc, someone hits reply-all to say "thanks", and the one file you need is buried under a signature and a legal disclaimer nobody reads. Whether it's a renovation, a family's care, or a client's project — send a link instead, and the whole thing lives in one place you can actually follow.

what's inside

Not just a chat. A space set up for the job.

Pick a template and it comes pre-wired with the tools that job needs. It all lives behind one link — and the people you invite never make an account.

Threaded chat

Follow the thread, not the tangle.

Sam did we ever settle the tiles?

Priya sage. it's in the thread ↑

Shared calendar

Dates everyone can see, with reminders that actually fire.

Lists & tasks

Checklists, assignments, who’s-paid — one shared list.

Approvals that stick

Tap to sign off a quote or a design. Dated. Undeniable.

Polls

Settle the date, the venue, the colour — right in the room.

Photo albums

Drop the photos and files. They just show up.

Private crew groups

A back room for your team, walled off from the client.

No-login guests

The door’s already open for the people you invite.

who gets in

You decide who's in. Guests still don't sign up.

All the friction sits on you, the owner — never on your guests. Turn the dial from wide-open to locked-down, per room.

01

Open link

Anyone with the link is in. For a party or a public group.

02

Approve to join

People ask; you wave them in. Off by default, one tap on.

03

Invite only

Single-use links you hand out — revocable any time.

04

Allowlist

Only the emails you name get in. For care, kids, contracts.

Links are revocable and can expire. Ask for a verified email when it matters. It's the control a pro needs — and, later, the trust badge that says you're the real thing.

who it's for

One spine. A shape for whatever you run.

The same no-login space, pre-wired for the job. Find yours.

why we built it

I once lost an afternoon to a 60-message email thread about a logo. Everyone was on it. Nobody could find the final file. Half the replies said "looks good to me" and the other half said "sorry, resending". There had to be a version where you send a link and the whole thing is just there — the plan, the files, the sign-off — threaded, organised, still around tomorrow. We couldn't find one we liked, so we built it.

the honest bit

Rooms are private to whoever has the link, and you decide how long the history sticks around. We're not going to tell you it's end-to-end encrypted, because it isn't yet. That's on the roadmap, not in the product today. If your conversation needs E2EE right now, hang on for it. We'd rather say so than lose your trust the first time you ask.

Reply-all is dead.
